Transforming into “guardians of the wilderness,” they arrived early at the event site, each fulfilling their duties with quiet dedication.
At every mountain trail junction, their clear and warm guidance ensured no participant lost their way; At the energy stations, they offered not just thirst-quenching mineral water and hunger-satisfying bread, but also timely care; while at the parking lot, their bustling figures ensured all vehicles were parked in an orderly fashion.
It was precisely this behind-the-scenes dedication that laid the most solid foundation for the smooth and safe execution of the entire event.
Once everything was ready, the participants quickly assembled under the staff's guidance and listened attentively to the explanation of the competition rules. At the signal, each team shot off like arrows from a bow, charging toward the summit. Along the rugged mountain path, enthusiasm remained undiminished. Team members encouraged and supported one another, demonstrating remarkable cohesion. Some groups linked arms to conquer steep inclines, while others shared climbing tips and cheered each other on during breaks. The breathtaking scenery offered unexpected delights, allowing everyone to marvel at the majestic vistas and feel the grandeur of standing atop the world. After an intense competition, all participating teams gradually reached the finish line. Though breathless from exertion, each face beamed with triumphant smiles. This event proved a dual challenge of physical endurance and mental resolve, while also serving as a perfect demonstration of teamwork.
At the conclusion of the awards ceremony, General Manager Xie Zhichao delivered heartfelt remarks for the event. Mr. Xie first extended congratulations to all winning teams and individuals, expressed gratitude to all employees for their active participation and to the staff for their selfless dedication, and extended a warm welcome to all family members and friends in attendance.
He stated: “This marks Joihey's 23rd annual mountain climbing event. Joihey is built brick by brick through the collective efforts of all our employees. I hope everyone will continue to safeguard Joihey's growth and development together.” Today, we not only conquered physical peaks with our feet but also surmounted the ‘mountains within our hearts’ through teamwork. As night fell and stars twinkled overhead, a warm and relaxed barbecue feast began. With smoke curling and aromas filling the air, everyone temporarily shed the tension of the competition and gathered around the grill. Colleagues who were usually serious and meticulous transformed into “grilling masters,” each showcasing their skills. Passing around skewers of grilled wings, sharing drinks, chatting about everyday life, and laughing heartily—this warm, smoky atmosphere was the perfect ending to the day.
