Case Background The client company is a globally renowned leader in the forklift industry. In 2021, it invested $132 million to build a smart (connected) factory, enabling interconnected operations such as remote equipment maintenance, online production process management, and real-time supply chain updates. In July 2022, the client entered into an in-depth customized partnership with Junhe. Following multiple rounds of on-site surveys and solution discussions, Junhe designed specialized automated powder coating equipment for the client's forklift production line. This equipment officially launched and commenced operations in March 2023. Through automated equipment and intelligent digital services, the client company achieved a significant developmental leap, sustaining its competitive edge and leading position while harmoniously integrating quality enhancement, efficiency gains, environmental sustainability, and smart operations. Project Implementation and Highlights Addressing the client company's requirements and pain points, along with the unique characteristics of forklift structures, Junhe Design developed and manufactured automated powder coating equipment through multiple rounds of technical discussions and validation. This solution delivers the following benefits: (1) Enhanced automatic spray coverage, reducing manual touch-up requirements. (2) Optimized program control with dual automatic spray systems, enabling flexible production for both chassis and mast components. (3) Enhanced coating process quality through the integration of a buffer zone between manual and automated spray sections, significantly improving overall coating consistency. [Highlight: Utilization of Two Ultra-Long Multi-Functional Intelligent Spraying Systems] The automated powder coating line employs Junhe's newly customized and designed ultra-long multi-functional spray booth series PX01. This booth features workpiece buffer zones in both the automatic spraying section and the preceding/subsequent manual spraying sections. This allows workpieces in the manual sections to pause for spraying without impacting overall production rhythm and efficiency. Compared to manual spraying, coating quality improves by 35%. The ergonomic design reduces operator fatigue and enhances work efficiency. This spray booth features two buffer stations and spans approximately 20 meters in length, demanding high standards for uniform airflow distribution throughout. Through computational fluid dynamics (CFD) analysis combined with practical field experience data, an advanced airflow distribution design was implemented. This enables more rational exhaust ventilation configuration, enhancing both spraying efficiency and the working environment for operators. Highlights: The intelligent spraying system delivers customized automated coating tailored to the characteristics of the two major structural components of forklifts—the mast and chassis. 1) Mast Spray Booth Highlights Each mast level is equipped with two telescopic U-axis motion mechanisms, totaling six telescopic spray units. Each unit employs a high-precision servo control system for exceptional operational stability. The transmission mechanism utilizes ultra-quiet rack-and-pinion gears with low friction coefficients, minimizing maintenance costs. For the workpiece sides, R01 series lightweight 2D sprayers are employed. Due to the low clearance at the bottom of the third mast layer relative to the operating surface, manual touch-up spraying is challenging. Therefore, KP-02 series bottom-tracking 2D sprayers are installed. Both the X-axis and Z-axis utilize high-precision servo control systems to enhance bottom coating quality. This booth also accommodates spraying of guardrails and other small components. 2) Frame Spray Booth Highlights: Features a multi-stage synchronized drive system with MU-Z axes + U axes, with each spray machine equipped with 3 MU-Z axes and 4 U axes. This system fully accommodates diverse frame structures of varying dimensions, eliminating the need for program updates when expanding applications for new customer products. This booth offers cost-effective construction, rapid commissioning, and exceptional value. It shortens engineering debugging time while accelerating production deployment. Workpiece side surfaces are coated using R01 series lightweight 2D spray machines. Highlight: Laser Dynamic Profile Recognition System Using a laser scanner to capture the contour information of workpieces requiring spraying, this data undergoes computer processing before being transmitted to the PLC. The PLC then drives the servo controller, which in turn operates the corresponding spray gun to perform contour-following spraying, thereby achieving maximum automation in the spraying process.

Fire Safety: A Shared Responsibility.
To enhance all employees' awareness of fire prevention, disseminate essential fire safety knowledge, and equip them with critical evacuation and self-rescue skills, JONHE Machinery & Electronics meticulously organized a comprehensive and in-depth fire drill on August 22, 2025. The drill aimed to effectively prevent various types of fire incidents, mitigate potential impacts on personnel, property, and the environment, and provide an intuitive and standardized demonstration of fire emergency procedures. Through this exercise, employees gained practical understanding of basic fire prevention and escape techniques. Furthermore, the activity strengthened the company’s Four Core Capabilities in fire safety: the ability to inspect and eliminate fire hazards, the ability to organize and execute initial fire suppression, the ability to evacuate personnel efficiently, and the ability to conduct fire safety education and training. This drill not served as a practical test of the company’s safety management system but also demonstrated its active commitment to social responsibility and the protection of employees' lives and property. The drill simulated an emergency scenario in which a fire broke out suddenly in the production workshop and spread rapidly. The moment the alarm sounded, all employees immediately stopped their work and, following pre-established evacuation routes, quickly and orderly evacuated from all workshops and offices. Inside the evacuation passages, safety guides calmly directed the crowd, ensuring that everyone remained calm and avoided congestion. The evacuation proceeded efficiently from the workshops all the way to the designated safe assembly point. At the assembly area, the company’s fire safety management team had long been ready and waiting. Equipped with professional devices, they delivered an informative and practical session on fire safety knowledge. Covering everything from the causes and types of fires to the correct usage and applicable scenarios of different types of fire extinguishers, as well as self-rescue and mutual-aid techniques in fire emergencies, they broke down complex fire safety concepts into clear and accessible language. Employees listened with great attention, frequently raising their phones to capture photos of key information for future reference. To ensure everyone truly mastered firefighting skills, a simulated fire scene was set up during the drill. The fire safety manager first demonstrated the correct way to use a fire extinguisher: "Lift, Pull, Aim, Squeeze." Then, under the guidance of the safety team, employees took turns picking up extinguishers, aiming at the raging flames, and pressing the handle. White foam burst out instantly, and the fire was quickly suppressed. Although some employees showed a bit of nervousness during the operation, everyone successfully completed the task with encouragement and corrective feedback from the instructors. Through this hands-on experience, the staff gained a deep understanding that using an extinguisher is not as easy as it seems—and that only through regular practice can one stay calm and respond effectively in a real fire. Following the conclusion of the drill, the fire safety management department conducted a thorough summary and analysis of the activity. It was noted during the review that the entire process—from the sounding of the alarm to the assembly at the safe point and the completion of headcount—took a total of 10 minutes. However, the golden window for fire evacuation is typically 5–6 minutes. The meeting highlighted that the overall evacuation speed must be improved, and pointed out that some employees did not follow the correct procedures when using fire extinguishers. In closing, the fire safety lead emphasized:“Safety is no small matter. Today’s exercise is only the beginning. We must maintain constant vigilance toward protecting lives and property, and keep safety top of mind in our daily work.”

Joihey 2025 Annual Company Trip Concludes Successfully.
Amidst the hectic pace of work, time seems to have accelerated, with everyone sprinting at full speed in their respective roles. To allow employees to unwind completely after periods of intense work and further strengthen company cohesion, our company meticulously planned a summer parent-child trip—a two-day, one-night journey to Zhuhai's Chimelong Ocean Kingdom, Haiquan Bay Resort, and Feisha Beach. On the day of departure, the weather was perfect with gentle sunshine and a pleasant breeze. The tour bus was parked early at the designated spot, and employees, accompanied by their families, boarded one after another with excited and expectant smiles. The children, especially, chattered like cheerful little birds, eagerly discussing the marine life and beautiful beaches they were about to see. Laughter and lively conversation filled the bus throughout the journey, as everyone looked forward to the trip with great anticipation and excitement. On the first morning, we stepped into the world's largest ocean-themed park—Zhuhai Chimelong Ocean Kingdom. Under the towering 63-meter-tall whale shark sculpture, our adventure into the deep blue began. Inside the Whale Shark Exhibit, a breathtaking world of 31,000 cubic meters of water left everyone in awe. With 15,000 rare fish swimming around us, giant whale sharks glided gracefully behind the 8.3-meter-high acrylic viewing panel, and manta rays with wingspans of up to 4 meters seemed almost within reach. Kids pressed their faces against the glass, gasping in wonder, while adults lifted their phones to capture the unforgettable moment. Then came the Super Rapids—a thrilling water ride that blends speed and fantasy. Located in the "Walrus Mountain" zone of the park, this attraction is known for its excitement and immersive storytelling. It’s not just the most scream-inducing ride in Chimelong; it’s a perfect mix of natural scenery and mechanical brilliance. The moment the raft broke through the waves, all the stress and tiredness from work were left behind—replaced only by the thrill of the ride and the laughter that followed. The next day, we arrived at Feisha Beach. The sand was soft and bright, the water crystal clear. Under a sky of blue and white clouds, we waded into sparkling waves under the sun—the waves gently soaking our clothes, the sunset warming our faces with its glow. It was summer romance at its finest. We walked along the shore, listening to the ocean, stepping into the waves, feeling the sea breeze. The wind whispered gently in our ears; the tide generously gifted us with seashells along the sand. As the sunset dyed the sky the color of orange soda, we stood by the sea—wordless, and completely content. The summer beach is a natural canvas where fine sand becomes dreamy castles, each one holding a childlike wonder. It’s also a natural playground where colorful swim rings bob on the waves, and a treasure ground where little shovels and buckets lead the way to adventure. Joihey Quick Color Change Powder Room Use Case
With the continuous advancement of technology and increasing demands for quality of life, kitchen appliances are playing an increasingly important role in modern households. Electrostatic powder coating, as an efficient and environmentally friendly advanced surface treatment technology, has gradually become a critical component in the production of kitchen appliances. The client is a large kitchen appliance enterprise integrating design, development, and production. It specializes in the R&D and manufacturing of various types of integrated stoves and range hoods, possessing industry-leading technological expertise. As one of the few manufacturers domestically and internationally focused exclusively on the production of kitchen appliances, the company has developed over 400 different types of kitchen appliance products since its establishment. Its products are exported to Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Europe, the United States, and many other countries and regions. With more than 60 patents for range hood technologies, it has filled several gaps in the domestic market and serves as a key supplier for top-tier brands in China. In January 2023, after multiple on-site inspections and project discussions, our company tailored two sets of fully automated movable large-cyclone rapid color change systems based on the client’s coating requirements and facility characteristics. These systems were officially launched and put into operation in April 2023. By leveraging automated equipment and intelligent digital services, we assisted the client in achieving an upgrade and leap in smart manufacturing. The new production model has enabled the development of more high-quality, low-cost products, realizing an organic and coordinated improvement in quality, efficiency, environmental sustainability, and intelligence. Based on the customer's requirements and the specific structure of range hoods, through multiple rounds of technical discussions and on-site studies, the automated spraying equipment we provided for the final project implementation needed to meet the following customer demands:(1) Due to the low height of the workshop, the complete set of spraying equipment had to comply with the site’s height restrictions while ensuring optimal performance.(2) During color change operations, production efficiency must not be affected. The production line must not need to stop, and the system must allow one powder room to undergo color change while another continues normal spraying operations.(3) The powder room is equipped with a fixed gun mounting system, enabling spray guns to adjust their angles and positions at any time according to the structure and characteristics of different workpieces. After numerous on-site evaluations, it was determined that the client's facility features generally low ceiling heights. Conventional single-pipe cyclone separator setups would have significantly compromised powder recovery rates due to these height constraints. Remaining committed to our customer-first philosophy, we specifically developed and engineered a dual-pipe cyclone separator system for this scenario. This solution not only resolved the challenge of equipment installation but also ensured outstanding recovery performance. The powder supply center utilizes PLC programming and is operated via a touchscreen interface, which displays real-time operational statuses, fault alarms, parameter settings, and manual/automatic operation modes. It allows for the preset and easy modification of multiple predefined parameters tailored to different workpieces. Color changeovers can be performed quickly and easily by a single operator, reducing labor requirements and improving efficiency.A single lifting unit can simultaneously carry six automatic spray guns for reciprocating vertical movement. To accommodate the client's limited space, the base of the lifter was designed with a compact footprint, ensuring it fits even in narrow areas. Furthermore, the height and travel distance of the lifter were custom-designed to guarantee complete coating coverage while helping the client achieve optimal spraying results at the lowest possible cost. A single fixed gun mount can hold four spray guns, enabling pre-spraying of hard-to-reach areas on both sides of the workpiece to prevent missed or incorrect spraying.Depending on the workpiece structure, the fixed guns can adjust their position and angle accordingly.Pre-spraying reduces the need for manual touch-ups and improves production efficiency.To meet the client's need for rapid color changes in two-tone coating and their high conveyor speed, we provided an automated powder room mobile platform. The client can pause and move one powder room aside for color change while continuing to spray another color, ensuring uninterrupted production. This allows preparation for the next color without stopping the line, maintaining quality while improving efficiency. In the production of kitchen appliances, the application of electrostatic powder coating equipment not only enhances product quality and appearance but also delivers significant economic benefits. Compared to traditional liquid coating technology, electrostatic powder coating is more efficient, saving both coating materials and energy. Furthermore, the process requires no solvents, reducing waste generation and disposal costs. As a result, the use of electrostatic powder coating equipment in kitchen appliance manufacturing not only meets environmental requirements but also improves corporate competitiveness and profitability.
